How Our Plumbing Coupons Work

No fine-print games, just three rules that keep it fair for everyone. First, mention the coupon when you book or present it before payment is taken; discounts cannot be applied after the invoice is settled. Second, it is one coupon per job, and coupons cannot be combined with other special offers or discounts. Third, every card above carries its code, and texting that code to either location when you schedule is the easiest way to lock it in. A few offers carry their own limits too, like the $99 drain special’s one-per-household-per-year rule, and those always appear right on the card.

Each coupon is honored on top of our standard promises, never instead of them: the flat-rate price in writing before work begins, the written workmanship warranty, and the same licensed, background-checked technician that a full-price call gets. A discount changes the number. It never changes the standard.

What These Plumber Specials Actually Get You

The $99 drain cleaning coupon is the one everyone asks about, so here is the straight version: it covers clearing a clogged drain from any accessible residential cleanout, and it carries a guarantee, because if we cannot clear the drain, the service is free. Pair it with the $125 sewer camera pipe inspection, a $150 savings off the normal price, when a drain keeps re-clogging and you would rather see the cause on video than keep guessing at it.

The $1,399 gas water heater replacement covers a new 40-gallon residential gas unit installed, with haulaway of your old unit included, and commercial customers can stack real utility money on top: the $300 to $1,500 SoCalGas instant rebate on qualifying new commercial water heaters is credited by Suburban Plumbing at installation, with no mail-in forms and no waiting on a check. Qualifying equipment details live in the SoCalGas business rebate program.

The $500 flat-rate hydro jetting covers up to two hours of high-pressure sewer line cleaning, the $250 off trenchless sewer liner service includes no setup fee, and the $25 off any plumbing or drain service is the everyone-qualifies fallback when nothing else fits your job.

And the 10% discount for seniors, military, and teachers is not a promotion that expires; it is a standing thank-you, good on any service call. If you spent your working years holding together a classroom, a unit, or a household, that one is yours for the mentioning. Finding a senior discount plumber should not take a hunt, so we put ours in writing.
