Eric at Suburban Plumbing handled my issue very quickly and advised my of what was wrong with my tenant’s unit. He was able to unlodge the obstruction in the bathtub drain, but was unable to retrieve it. He noticed excessive grease build up in my kitchen drain and snaked it out. The cost was $225. He also offered a service to hydro-jet the drain which is to make them like new by cleaning out all the grease in the drains for $550, but I chose not to make the investment.
