Best Diagnostician in the Industry

Johnny Maynard is the best diagnostic technician I have ever met. He figures out what the problem and lays out a plan before fixing. Most technicians start repairing until the problem goes away. Suburban Plumbing has saved me tens of thousands of dollars on my rental properties over the years.

Eric at Suburban Plumbing handled my issue very quickly

Eric at Suburban Plumbing handled my issue very quickly and advised my of what was wrong with my tenant's unit. He was able to unlodge the obstruction in the bathtub drain, but was unable to retrieve it. He noticed excessive grease build up in my kitchen drain and snaked it out. The cost was $225. He also offered a service to hydro-jet the drain which is to make them like new by cleaning out all the grease in the drains for $550, but I chose not to make the investment.

I found Suburban Plumbing through google and I am so happy that I did. I had them replace a water heater. They were punctual, personable and professional. They also did a very nice job of cleaning up the work area afterwards which I really appreciated. I have now found my go-to plumbers and I unequivocally give them my full recommendation.
